The best bank ever

Joining Monzo was the best decision I could possibly have made. The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Whenever I had any issues with my bank account (had quite a few) it has been resolved in a matter of seconds. Even the replacement card has been sent to me within 2-3 days which is much quicker than any other bank. Everyone I’ve spoken to are very friendly and helpful.
