Great features, ahead of the curve

Monzo has been a great bank, with all the features I was missing in my previous banks. I've gone from having separate budgeting spreadsheets every month to having it all handled within Monzo with barely any input from myself. I can easily track my spending and adjust accordingly. It's easy to save. And they regularly add new features based on user feedback. I also feel my money is safer - Monzo has spotted issues like websites having data breaches before the website itself, and issued me a new card to keep my money safe. I can see straight away when money goes out, easily freeze my card, use a virtual card with sites I'm unsure about (as a Monzo Plus customer, which is very good value in my opinion) and I know that Monzo is built on a modern system rather than adapted from an ancient one like some of the high street banks, which gives me confidence for the future.
