Simplicity at its best

I love my Monzo card. From its bright colour which makes it stand out from my others, to having a phone and iwatch notification immediately when money enters or leaves my account. Speaking to someone online about the account is easy and quick. When I flagged up a transaction I didn’t recognise, I was immediately refunded. Not have to wait a month like some high street banks make you wait. I love the savings account where my spending is rounded up. It helps so much. The only negative I have with MONZO is that the card is a MasterCard which is not recognised by the post office when I want to deposit cash into my account. It’s then I have to use my high street bank and transfer from there, which is disappointing. Hopefully this is something that will be recorded in the future. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
