Best bank out there

Monzo makes everything simple - the app is easy to use, the functionality is great (from ability to instantly freeze your card to sending money abroad). What stands out above and beyond though is customer service - the team is responsive and super helpful. Any issues are resolved quickly and processes that require extra security (e.g. transferring larger sums of money) are simple and easy to follow. I've recently had such great experience that I'm looking to fully move to Monzo as my main bank - away from a traditional bank that's painful to get anything sorted with.
