Outstanding Service

My experience with Monzo is what I think all banks should strive for. It's pain free, they have nifty features and a clean interface that's easy to navigate. Kudos for not getting bogged down with physical branches, it really shows that by focusing on the app they've been able to deliver a quality service and address all issues in a timely manner unlike high street banks.
