I have been with santander for 16 years and monzo for just over a year, in this time Monzo has beat Santander on the banking debit service they provide. By giving real time information on funds, instant debits, seamless money transfer in seconds, actual detail on who what when came out of your account. Can't fault this new gen app/banking company!
