Easy way to manage money and budget

Monzo Bank is different from my other banks, the application process was quick and straightforward, and the app is excellent and intuitive. It is so useful that the spend shows up in the app right away, I can categorise it and I can add notes or receipts. Sending money or setting up standing orders is also similarly easy, as is setting up savings 'pots'. I have had an issue with an online shop not sending me the goods I paid for so I escalated the issue to Monzo who gave me an estimated resolution date, updates, and were able to return my money - the whole process was easy and didn't involve waiting in a long phone call queue. Monzo can also be used in Europe with no exchange fees which is amazing as I spend a lot of time between Europe and the UK. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
