Easy to use, great features

Monzo are a breath of fresh air. The app is easy and pleasant to use and the instant spend notifications are really handy. The only thing they need to improve on is customer service. In the unlikely event that you do need to get in touch with them it can take an age to get a response and you're often passed from pillar to post trying to get a comprehensive response.
