Banking as it should be

We have had Monzo accounts for two years and have never looked back. User friendly app (we have a few other online accounts but this one is the easiest) and great support. We used our card to get some cash out in the Dominican Republic and three times it did not work but the money was taken from our account. Nobody would help us except Monzo and they corrected the situation quickly. So in good times and bad times we believe we can rely on Monzo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
