Just amazing

Setting aside the incredible technology aspect of Monzo I have had to use their customer support a few times and I have found them to be amazingly responsive and effecient. They are polite and highly competent, I have accounts with other banks and comparing time lines for problem resolution by the time I have gone through the forms to tell one bank about a problem Monzo would have fixed it! I find the app to be very useful for budgeting and controlling my spending, also for security as I see all transactions on my account in real time Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
