Easy to use, friendly customer service

Payments still happen on non working days unlike inconvenient bank banks. Banks need to have their electronic/online platforms be more flexible and not outdated as the banking system currently is. Monzo is way ahead of the curve. Easy to use, easy to setup saving pots and you are always control with your money and know if anything that is outgoing so is very secure. Very happy with Monzo.
