Simple and easy to use! Great communication from Customer Service!

I find Monzo super easy to use and it enables me to manage my money much easier than my previous bank. I have unfortunately had a few issues with online purchases whereby the merchant has either overcharged me or not delivered the goods but on all occasions I have been so impressed with the communication and help I have received!
