Easy, uncomplicated and well designed

I love using Monzo as my primary bank account because it was relatively easy to set up and the app has a great and intuitive design. You get a great overview and can find anything with a few quick clicks. Depending on how much of a planner you are, you can also set up budgets and limits to help you manage your finance. My favourite feature though are the different pots where you can split your money into different categories. It helps me to save up and put money aside. Last but not least Monzo's customer service is great, I once had a complaint which I handled through Monzo and although the process was a little painful I managed to get my money back.
