A fantastic modern bank

There's a few reasons why I love Monzo. The first is the ability to do pretty much everything online. I used to live in a very rural area, and they closed my previous bank branch which made it impossible to do things like pay in cheques etc. Monzo lets you do all of that without having to go into a branch. Customer service is always top-notch, although I've only had to speak to them on one or two occasions thankfully. Also a very transparent company. The main reason I love Monzo though is the pots. Being able to divide up my money into savings, bills and other pots, along with the summary function to view spending amongst different categories, makes it so so easy to manage money, especially as a student.
