The best your money can get!

Banking with Monzo is the most calming, reassuring, supportive, reliable, helpful and trustworthy bank I've ever dealt with. They're on hand 24/7, keep you updated, keep track of communication, offer support with fraudulent activity that is quick and stress free and successful! The mobile app interface is so enjoyable to use, the money pots are so useful, it's so easy and quick to make any kind of payment (friends/companies/split bills/standing orders). the overdraft fees are so fair - no unexpected unreasonable charges. Basically everything you could ever want from a bank but have never had!! I usually feel like the bank is just waiting to try to screw you over and take what they can at any given opportunity with various astronomical fees (eg when abroad) or unexpected overdraft charges for accidently going in to you overdraft one day by a few pounds. With other banks it feels as though you work for them, Monzo makes you feel like they work for you. They are fair and I just feel like they represent what's good. They also did really well on a dirty bank checker that I did online which calculates how ethical your bank is, all the others I tried did not do well at all. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
