Monzo is the best thing since slice bread

Tone of voice and brand stands out from any other corporate company I know. Innovative, bold, friendly, customer at heart of all decisions, outstanding customer experience, efficiency, simplicity, easy to do business with are all words that spring to mind when I think about my personal experience I've had with Monzo. I place so much trust in any company that handles my money, so taking the leap of faith to trust a new bank was not a decision I took lightly. But it was worth the risk, I have no regrets.
