Freetrade made it easy for me, as a beginner, to trade. There’s no jargon and deposits can be small, meaning I could introduce my money to growth in a way that made risk manageable. Super helpful and efficient customer service. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Best bank I have used!

Transparent and easy, I always know where I am with Monzo and now would never use another bank. No hidden fees, no waiting and waiting for my own money to be transferred from place to place. Friendly, quick and super-effective customer service without jargon nor judgement. So many features to help budget and save, which along with many other features were first implemented by Monzo and then which have been later copied by many of their competitors! Great features include splitting the bill to custom amounts and paying people through a simple link as well as freezing the card - I believe Monzo were the first to do these and many other features that make Monzo stand a cut above other banks.
