Switched and never looked back

Like many Monzo customers, I didn’t initially use Monzo as my main bank, but I’m glad I switched over. I’ve never had any problems, and when I’ve needed help Monzo support have been responsive and incredibly pleasant to talk to. Support combined with the fantastic app have led me to recommend and refer a few family members. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
