Great customer service and innovative

Monzo is the best banking experience I've had. I admit that I was slightly wary of an app only bank but the customer service is brilliant responding really quickly and without needing to sit queueing on the phone. But it's the way they've led with being able to use the bank app to budget properly, categorise payments, create pots to save money and many other ideas. Other banks are starting to copy which shows how Monzo was leading the way. A very happy customer. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
