Best decision i've ever made

Using the current account switch service to move from my Halifax current account to Monzo, was literally the smartest financially decision i've ever made! That service alone was epic - but the best bits come when you get your salary paid in. The amount of features Monzo has to offer, transaction round ups, different pots which you can pay direct debts from and the ease in which it is to contact help. Fantastic product they've built, listening to what the actual user wants pays dividends and here is a product not designed for them. But for us, the customers :) Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
