Brilliant customer experience, convenient and easy to use

Initially I got a Monzo account to use as a second account when travelling abroad (pre pandemic!) to avoid unnecessary fees. It very quickly became my main account and as it so easy and convenient to use. Much easier to keep track of spending and splitting out funds into pots are great. The overdraft has been a lifesaver during the pandemic, as I have a reduced income and has been a way to help bridge gap. Their customer service is great. I once had an issue with an atm not issuing cash (but charging me anyway!) and I was able to chat straight away with a (real!) person from Monzo customer service, who was understanding and sorted it all out very quickly!
