The best bank!

I started using monzo a few years ago for trips abroad where i didn't need to have much money, so just transferred little amounts to my monzo card to use while i was there. I realised how great monzo was, and easy to use, so i fully transferred in 2019 to use as my main bank account. Best decision I made, everything is so simple, you get quick responses to queries via the live chat, new bank cards are delivered promptly, and i love being able to categorise payments, and also put money into seperate 'pots' rather than having multiple bank accounts. I recommend monzo to everyone who mentions that they're thinking of changing banks, there is no way i'd go back to using a high street bank now. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
