It's just great.

I've not had a single bad experience with Monzo since the moment I opened my account with them when it was in Beta. The savings pots and round-up options are brilliant and the integration with 3D Secure is pretty much seamless. When I've had cause to get in touch with their support (I think maybe twice, ever) their in-app chat response was fast and sorted my problems swiftly. Couldn't recommend them more, in all honesty.
