Best banking app and services

The app is designed in such way to make the user experience smooth and easy. Their innovative way of communicating to us as customers is done using a language that non bankers people can actually understand. Simple paragraphs without using technical words or lengthy regulation change lists are the key tools that in my opinion helped rebuild the trust that was long broken between people and traditional banks. Moreover the high level of efficiency in Monzo’s services gives the bank more flexibility to be able to meet customers needs. Not having high street branches is perfectly compensated by the online instant support offered as well as a mixed of features in both app and website aimed at guiding customers in every aspect of their experience and providing answer for any possible question/concern. Who misses having to queue to at an high street brunch only to find out when it’s finally your turn that you were in the wrong queue and for what you request you’ll need to make an appointment with a specialist adviser. Not exactly something people have missed in the past year to be honest. I had a traditional bank account for the past 10 years and neither mine of any other well established UK big banks is close enough to being able to compete with monzo’s technology and innovation. They created a way to bank for the people and they are leading the long lasting change in how banks operate. No other banks deserve to win this award more than Monzo does.
