Switch to Monzo with no regrets!

I switched to Monzo from my previous bank of 20 Years because of the positive things my friends who use Monzo had said. Ever since I switched I've not looked back nor have I had any regrets! The customer service is fantastic and very professional! They explain everything in very clear confusion free English and always have answered my enquiries In a reasonable timeframe. The App is very easy to use and the features the Bank offer for their free users is brilliant! I thought I'd miss my highstreet branch bank but I really don't especially since Monzo has multiple features they didn't (Instant Card freeze and transactions etc). I am a very happy Monzo Customer for 3 Years now. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
