Great customer service as day one

When challenger banks or any business scales up one of the areas impacted is quality of customer support but not with Monzo. Even after passing the 5 million customer mark I have to say I’m still impressed with their customer service via their app. I recently put in an awkward request which the first customer advisor didn’t understand, however my query was quickly passed escalated to another team member who understood my query and resolved it within a acceptable timeframe.
