Superior banking

So far, I have nothing but good things to say about Monzo. Even though the company doesn't have an actual branch you can visit, their helpline is quick and easy. You get to talk to agents in real-time to answer your queries. They also reply very quickly too. It's also easy to navigate around the app even for old-school people which is a bonus.
