Monzo is simplifying lives and it truly exists for its customers

Monzo was the only bank which agreed to have me as a customer in UK in 2017, as an European citizen recently moved to London with my partner without having an income. Later on it helped me easily provide bank statements to prove my uninterrupted staying in UK while applying at the settlement scheme. The first few weeks in UK were shocking for me living without a local bank account. Once Monzo stepped into my life, everything became simpler and better, from transferring all my money deposited in an European Bank account instantly without commissions to using my phone or watch to pay for transportation and groceries, to being able to access loans for health and education purposes and sending money abroad to support my elderly parents without any hurdles. I was initially reluctant to using a bank without headquarters relying on their chat lines for communication, but as soon as I needed advice, Monzo’s customers support team was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly guiding me with what I needed to do. Almost everything happens instantly with Monzo. Creating pots (deposits), checking balances, transferring money simply by using a link for nonMonzo transferees or a click away for your contacts who also use Monzo are just a few examples. By continuously improving itself, Monzo improves our lives, too! Having a shared account gave our couple the possibility to have a clearer overview over our spending and adjusting enough to be able to set aside the deposit money for a newbuild 3 bedrooms house in Oxfordshire.
