Fantastic with super-friendly customer service

I've had a Monzo account for over 2 years. The app is fantastic, it has helped me get on top of my finances. The times I've needed to speak to someone, the live chat has always had the answers I need. They're also rolling out regular updates to the app, making it even more useful.
