Uncomplicated banking.

Monzo offers most services you would expect from a high street bank but in a very straight forward way, plus those annoying fees are nearly inexistent making it easy and cheap to bank with them. And you would think its customer service isn't that good because there are no physical branches, right?! Well, you better rethink that because its customer service team is not only very fast and efficient, but it is also friendly and competent! Monzo is definitely the right bank for me and I bet it would be the best bank for anybody. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
