Best bank EVER!

After over 15 years of loyalty to my high street bank, feeling frustrated that they weren’t providing the level of service I would expect, I decided to go ‘full monzo’ and drop the high street bank after having two accounts for a while, using my monzo for personal spending. I haven’t looked back since. The app is easy to use, has lots of useful features to help with saving and budgeting, has been used abroad multiple times with no problems, no surprise fees and good conversion rates. As a trans person I am able to have my chosen name on the card and account and this is a huge deal and one of the reasons I recommend monzo. Their customer service is helpful, fast and friendly. They are dedicated to their customers and constantly keeping us up to date on any changes or new information and features. I can’t imagine being with any other bank now!
