User friendly, modern, excellent customer service and transparent. . Everything I want in a bank.

I have been with Monzo almost since the start and can honestly say I have never experienced any issues. I do alot of online banking everyday and have only ever had a positive experience. When I have needed there assistance or had any questions, their online chat system with a real advisor has been brilliant and they have quickly assisted me. I hope that more banks will follow in the footsteps of Monzo and modernise their whole process. Thank you Monzo!! Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
