Zopa, best rates and most transparent provider

I was looking for a loan for a new vehicle recently. I searched many providers and even if course the big names in this area (including AA and RAC as I was buying an approved vehicle). I was resigned to paying a very high APR with little information about why the rates were arrived at and no information about loan flexibility. Zopa was a happy chance occurrence after I was considering my short list of loan providers and car suppliers, and I applied online. The loan offer was clear and and understandable, hugely more favourable than other providers and the initial quote was saving me over £1000 per annum over the 5 year term of the loan. This enabled a well informed decision and funds were available less than a few hours after applying. It doesn’t end there though. With the Zopa app I can get a settlement amount for the loan at any time and see the amount outstanding and the progress my repayments make. I can make flexible increased payments which can reduce interest further and always see the impact these extra payments make in real time. I love that feature, zopa carry on being great after loan transferral and you get real sense of how they put their customers first and how they use well developed and tested technology to leave the customer in control of their loan throughout the agreement.
