Great customer service, great features

I switched my current account to Monzo about 3 years ago and I've never looked back. As someone who has struggled to learn the true value of money, Monzo has been there every step of the way with support through their unique and helpful app and the wonderful customer service team through the live chat function. Couldn't beat it really. I will be staying with them for a long time; hopefully forever!! Reviewed on: 18th April 2021
