Helped me when I needed it the most!

With the purchase of our 1st home and 2 very young children, we soon began to realise how fast our savings were being swallowed up. With the initial outlay of acquiring our 1st home plus the work required within it, we quickly needed a cash injection to keep our heads above water. That's where ratesetter stepped in, from the initial application to acceptance and money landing it was basically painless. I've only really good things to say about the process and the rates. If I had to pick one thing that could've been better at the time. I'd say the rates where a little higher than some other lenders but we're not comparing apples to pears here it was minimal.
