Straightforward Claim Procedure with Caring Staff.

Caravan lockers were broken into whilst in storage, shortly before last Christmas. When I called the Caravan & Motorhome Club insurers, Devitts, about it I was given all the information I needed. I made temporary repairs, to see us over our Christmas & New Year rallies, and then made permanent repairs after our return. When I submitted my receipts for the parts needed to effect the repairs and the cost of replacing items that had been stolen, I received a cheque in full payment by return of post. Furthermore, as I had done the repairs myself the Insurance Excess was waived. Thank you. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
