Efficient, helpful, no-quibble service.

After a holiday during which a force 10 gale tore our awning and flailed the poles around our caravan side, and a tyre delamination at motorway speed smashed a hole through the caravan's wheel arch, we expected a lengthy loss adjustment process, and thought that we'd be without our caravan for some time and we'd probably end up out of pocket. In the event we were asked for a simple description of the events and damage, supported by some photos, and everything went like clockwork from then on. The caravan and awning were written off without argument and collected from our house. We quickly received a reasonable sum from the insurers and were soon able to replace the 'van and awning and get back on the road. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
