How to treat & keep customers

my caravans have been insured with the caravan club (3 Caravans in total) for 20 years. In that time I have only had 1 claim. The process was made easy and it was handled very professionally . It was a substantial claim and I was amazed how easily the caravan club dealt with the repairs and made it stress-free. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
