How good is your Insurance?

So you choose your insurance cover, you pay your premium, and you receive all of your documentation. All looks good, but how do you know how good it is? Well the only way, is when you need to make a claim. After 32 years of towing a caravan without incident, we had an unfortunate "brush" with a tree branch that had been partially broken by some high sided vehicle. The damage appeared relatively minor, but turned out to be very expensive. The claim was made, the caravan was assessed, and the approval for the work to proceed was given. The claim was handled very efficiently and speedily and with no "drama" at all. So I now know that the Caravan and Motorhome insurance is an excellent product, highly recommended!
