Friendly, efficient and hassle free.

After insuring my motor home with an independent insurer I was not happy with the insurer as they never seemed bothered. I made some enquiries after I sold my motor home and bought a touring caravan to various companies and found the caravan club to be the best option. They were very customer focused and told me ways I could reduce my premium. Which also kept my holiday home safer, both on the road and when stored. Each time I have called them it would appear that nothing is too much trouble and no question is a silly one. When it came to renewal I never bothered to shop around, as would be the norm with all my insurances, I just renewed and will continue to do so. I can highly recommend. Reviewed on: 10th August 2017
