Great customer service and value for money

It's great to see a provider that actually charges you for the miles you actually drive. Very transparent to be able to see what you're paying for "on the driveway" insurance then driving miles on top of that. The online portal is easy to use, clear and modern - lots of other providers I've been with have websites that look like they're from the late 90s. I've only needed to contact them once before, and then I got an answer to my query in minutes. I've struggled to find a cheaper provider, but even if I had, I'd stick just for the customer service.
