When I first selected Miles I was a bit weary. I had never heard of "pay as you drive" before. So after I applied and paid the down payment they sent me a tracker. Of course I did not know where to stick it(the tracker) I called the customer care dept and they told me exactly where to stick the tracker into . I did as they said and voila it works. Also I like the fact that after every journey they tell you how much it costs on your phone (that is after you download the app into your phone) They did also mention that when I first called about the tracker. I was also able to put a date on when my payment would be taken. So far I am happy with Miles. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
