Forward-thinking & friendly

Upon searching for quotes last year I was worried. Having been a named driver for 17 years, the ending of a relationship & starting over felt so daunting. As a low mileage driver, the quotes elsewhere caused me to contemplate selling my car. With my morale low, By Miles was to be the last company I would contact. To my surprise, I received what seemed to be a tailor-made car insurance product. In my late 40's, the quotes elsewhere were horrific. By Miles has enabled me to commence my own no claims bonus, & this is supported by a straightforward app that keeps a track of my daily mileage & monthly cost. This is all backed up by efficient staff members who swiftly respond to any queries. They are always polite & friendly. In an industry that seems to me to be full of sharks, By Miles are the dolphins. This is emphasised by the wisdom of their product that enables low mileage drivers to be recognised because we are causing less pollution, therefore less damage to the environment & less damage to the health of people.
