Great Insurer

Excellent Insurance service provider. Find it easy enough to get through to customer service. Not had an accident so haven't dealt with them on that side of things. I was unhappy that even though I was renewing my insurance my premium was higher than the previous year! Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

Fairer Insurance

I have been with ByMiles Insurance for 3 months now, and I can honestly say that the service I have received has been excellent. When I get in touch with them with queries via the online chat app they respond very quickly and with a satisfactory, fair outcome. I like the idea of only paying for when I drive and by the miles as it seems fairer and more reasonable than the way other companies charge. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
