Best way of providing Car Insurance for Everyone

The idea behind By Miles is truly excellent, only paying for the Miles you do is something the Government should look at as a way of making the people who use the roads most pay a higher proportion towards the upkeep of our roads. By Miles customer care is second to none and a rare thing for me to say the software on their computer system works perfectly!!! all things being equal they are an outstanding example for the rest to follow.
