Fit for purpose car insurance and brilliant customer service

By Miles is perfect for those who owns an EV and mainly do city drivings. Why I pay extra premium to get an insurance for 10k miles where i only drive a few Ks a year for school runs. By default, the premium is 1/3 cheaper you just pay extra per mile, it stills works our £100s cheaper than a normal one. In addition, the customer service is also brilliant, you dont need to wait for hours just listening to some darf music and wait for an operator to pick up the phone. Live chat service is so convinient and they always respond within mins if not secs. So glad i chose by miles, i wont need to search insurance again every year now, i have got my insurance company selected already for next year, as long as by miles do not make a big increase on the premium next year like other insurers do :) I will see and leave another review then.
