Wish I'd switched to them sooner

I have been with by miles for a number of years now and they are absolutely amazing, especially if you do low milage like myself. The whole setup process is so easy and device is discreet within the car, and the app is brilliant so you can keep a track on how many miles you have done and how much each journey is costing you. You get notifications to let you when your bill is due, how much, and when it's coming out of your bank. You also get rewarded for loyalty (my personal premium and price per mile dropped after each year) which is an extreme rarity these days. Plus if you recommend a friend and they take out a policy, you both get free miles which is an extra bonus. Overall I would highly recommend by miles, customer service has been brilliant on the 1 occasion that I had to contact them. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
