Best car insurance out there!

When I found out By Miles on an advert, it did intrigued me to use their services. As it was different to other insurance providers and offer a fair price to cover my car insurance. Personally if I compare to other people I know, I use my vehicle less and I do believe I should pay less. Also, if I drive more then I should pay on what I've driven at the same rate of pay. By Miles shares my values and understand me where I come from. Some providers do not get what I want, but By Miles do. To set up with them was easy and efficiently done. They have an app which allows me to track how many miles I've covered and has useful features like where I parked my car last if I cannot remember where I parked it last time (love this feature!) and it diagnoses my vehicle if they are any internal issues that needs attention. The app has all my details like my insurance/contact details in case of an accident and insurance certificate for proof. One of the best apps out there. Their customer service are brilliant. The staff are kind and helpful. I remember I had a question about their service and the By Miles staff were easy to talk to and talked to me step by step on answering my question. By Miles really do deserve to win Insurance Choice Awards. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
