GREAT

I have experienced great customer service. Initially I experienced issues with the box as it was faulty I liaised via emailed as I felt more comfortable having a paper trail of the conversation I followed the instructs given but still the box did not work. I rang up and explained my situation I was sent a new box received within 2 days. I asked the advisor to also send and email to confirm that I wouldn’t be penalised for not having the box plugged in this email was done and I received it within 30 minutes. I’ve not a had a problem with the service. I was skeptical about driving long distances as I didn’t want to be charged too much, I had to drive from Yorkshire to london and to my surprise the mileage is capped when you drive over 150 miles in one day anything after is FREE!!! I would definitely recommend using this if you don’t drive for work purposes but mainly social. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
