Best for low mileage drivers

I used to shop around and change my car insurance every year. I’ve always had a completely impersonal relationship with all of them and used an aggregator site to find me the lowest price. I then found out about Bymiles. What a different experience! It has an app for ease of use, they send regular correspondence (but not too much) and are super helpful when you call. They provide a seamless customer experience for how people like to be serviced and interacted with these days. And they talk normally. I have been with them since the start and haven’t even considered looking anywhere else. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
